• Healthy Roaster Co., Ltd. ("HR" hereunder) considers that it is the duty of the company to protect the privacy, private information and its configuration of our customer upon operating our business.

• Whether provided through HR website, inquiry form, email or telephone, the information which may identify the specific individual provided by our customer ("private information" hereunder) will be administered under the following rules.

• The private information means the information that identifies the customer including the name, address, phone number and email.

• When HR accumulates the private information, the purpose will be disclosed and accumulated only to the extent of necessity.

• HR will strive to appropriately manage the accumulated private information, and to prevent the divulgence, falsification and unauthorized intrusion.

• Fundamentally HR will not disclose the private information accumulated to any third party except in the following cases:

1. When there is a formal written request for cooperation in disclosure of the private information by a person who holds legal authority to inquire
2. When there is an agreement from the customer

• When the customer requests to have the private information to be disclosed or corrected, HR will comply with the request only when the customer is confirmed for the identity.

• HR will comply with laws and regulations of Japan that apply with respect to the private information HR retains; HR will strive to revise and improve the contents of the policy.
